Joel G. Solis is the co-founder and chairman of New Era Helium. He is the founder of Solis Partners, LLC, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Era Helium and the primary asset from which the company intends to expand its helium footprint.

Mr. Solis is also the President and founder of Liberty Pump and Supply - all of which focus on providing a vast array of oilfield services to Permian Basin Operators.

Mr. Solis immigrated from Mexico at 14 years old and has spent the past 30 years creating and building over 10companies into family-owned enterprises that have realized annual EBITDA north of $12MM. In addition to helium and oilfield services, his business assets focus on commercial real estate, and convenience stores.

Mr. Gray is a founding partner and current Chief Executive Officer of New Era Helium. Mr. Gray has extensive C-Level experience in Oil & Gas, including Executive Vice President of Resaca Exploitation (a Torch portfolio company), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cross Border Resources, Chief Executive Officer of Dala Petroleum, and President of WS Oil and Gas. Since 2005, Mr. Gray has directly operated 950+ wells located in New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma.

Outside of the energy sector, Mr. Gray has a passion for volunteering. He currently serves as a trustee and investment committee member for the Texas State University Development Foundation, which supports and furthers the mission of Texas State University through the acceptance and investment of gifts established as endowments benefiting the students, faculty, and staff. Past board involvements include the United Way – Midland, TX.

Will received his B.S. in Business Management from Texas State University in 1998, and he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Golf Team, earning Southland Conference All-Academic Honors. Will was born and raised in the Permian Basin, graduating from Midland Senior High School in 1993.
